Tailored Exhausts Systems

At AA Silencers we pride our selves on service and if you require a bespoke exhaust you will find us second to none.

We can create exhausts for all applications in both mild steel or stainless to your exact specification. We have created bespoke exhausts for cars, motorcycles, commercial vehicles and even airplanes!

We have a well equipped workshop with all the equipment required to cut and bend pipe into any shape you require.

We can tailor an exhaust to produce the exact note and power gains you want and also advise you on the best design to extract the full performance potential from your vehicle.

From a duel exit system on a Renault 5 Turbo to a low noise system for a lamborghini we can create the exhaust you want with no fuss and at a highly competitive price.

The range of applications for our exhausts is vast; we can create a standard replacement for a prestige car e.g. Ferrari where a manufacturers original part could cost thousands, a full competition exhaust to your exact specification / to race regulations. We can even create big bore exhaust systems for road cars for the owner looking to squeeze every last drop of power from the car.

We specialise is race and track day systems which comply to strict decibel ratings and can build a suitably silenced system tested after completion with our noise meter or a system to incorporate an additional silencer for track use.

Our stainless systems are english made T304 stainless making them not just 'long life' as with some manufacturers but truly life time guarantee. We are custom builders of Cobra and Janspeed systems and suppliers of Ashley products.

Cat Bypass

Catalytic converters reduce an engines efficiency, by removing the cat it is possible to get performance gains of up to 20% depending on the vehicle.

Cat bypass pipes can be manufactured from both mild steel or stainless to match the rest of your exhaust system.

Prices start from £40 for mild steel.

It is a legal requirement for all cars registered after August 1992 to be fitted with a cat.

Performance Manifolds

AA Silencers can fabricate performance manifolds for any car. These are not off the shelf close fit manifolds suitable for any car. These manifolds are designed for your car using calculations relative to the size of your cars valves, head flow rates, cam lift rates, rev ranges, gear ratios etc.  The manifold is then built in mild or stainless steel using either independant or interference deisgns depending on the customers requirements. This can then be integrated into the cars exsisting exhaust or ideally have a full system built to suit the new manifold.
