Servicing & MOT

Our servicing is regulated by the Good garage Scheme and full documentation is provided so Our customers can easily see exactly what has been carried out.

Contrary to popular belief even cars still under main dealer warranty can be serviced by reputable accredited vat registered garages such as ourselves providing main dealer service items are used. Feel free to call for a quote.

Interim Service

An interim service consists of an engine oil system contaminant flush to break down sludgy deposits that can harm engines performance, economy and emissions and reduce it's life. It then receives an oil drain and system replenish and new filter.

Then an Industry standard 50 point check is carried out to ensure the standard and safety of your vehicle. This is recorded on a Good garage Scheme service log for the customer to take away. They can then be sure the vehicle is suitable maintained between major services.

Major service

This consists of an engine oil system contaminant flush as in the interim service. To accompany this there is a fuel system flush for your specific type of vehicle which cleans unwanted deposits from it's fueling system and ensures efficient fueling as intended by the manufacturer. This again improves efficiency, performance and helps extend the vehicles life.

This treatments are followed by an engine oil drain and system replenish with new filter, new fuel filter, new air filter and new spark plugs of the correct grade. Cabin filters are replaced at customers request. The same industry standard 50 point check is carried out as in the interim service but also a check list is printed out specifically for your vehicle for the mileage it has covered.

This ensures any items the manufacturer feels require special attention are tended to in accordance with their recommendations. Studies have shown that a full service carried out to these standards can bring a car back with permissible limits for MoT emissions tests and can increase a cars total power output by an average 10 percent!
